The Green Bridge Facility \u2013 GBF (\u201cGBF\u201d)<\/span>\u00b9, acting as Operator and responsible for the technical and operational management of the KYT-e Platform (Know Your Territory), adopts this Cookie Policy (“Policy”) to explain how and why it uses Cookies and similar technologies on its Platform.<\/p>

This Policy should be read in conjunction with the KYT-e Platform’s Privacy Policy.<\/p>

\u00b9The Green Bridge Facility (GBF) is a project incubated under the Igarap\u00e9 Institute (CNPJ 14.051.935\/0001-01), and is responsible for the technical and operational management of the KYT-e Platform. For the purposes of this Policy, the GBF acts as a strategic Operator affiliated with the Institute, under the terms of Article 5, item VII, of Law No. 13,709\/2018 (LGPD), carrying out processing activities on behalf of and under the sole responsibility of the Igarap\u00e9 Institute, which remains the sole Controller to the data subjects and the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).<\/span><\/p>

1. What Are Cookies<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Cookies are small text files or equivalent technologies stored on the User’s device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when they access the Platform.<\/span><\/p>

      Additionally, the KYT-e Platform may contain links that direct the User to external websites not operated by GBF.<\/span><\/p>
