The Igarapé Institute’s “Under the Radar” study assesses risk perceptions and proposed solutions from representatives of NGOs, research institutions, and the private sector in the region.
To address these territorial, environmental, and governance risks, the report recommends strengthening official institutions and adopting hybrid governance models aligned with local realities.
