3.1. Age Requirements
The KYT-e Platform is intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and over. Access by minors is prohibited.
3.2. Registration and Access Account
To use certain features, the User must create an Access Account, providing true, complete, and up-to-date information.
The Access Account is personal, non-transferable, and the sole responsibility of the User, who must ensure the confidentiality of the information and the proper use of the Service.
The User is solely responsible for the Content they submit, ensuring it does not violate third-party rights or current legislation.
The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and for all activities performed through their account.

Unless otherwise specified in the Order Form or by law, paid amounts are non-refundable.
3.8. Cancellation and Termination by the Client

Operational support will be provided through the official channels indicated on the Platform or in the Order Form. Unless expressly stated otherwise, there is no binding Service Level Agreement; the best-efforts standard applies.

Under no circumstances will it be liable for lost profits, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6.5. Compensation
The User/Client will indemnify and hold GBF harmless from third-party claims, losses, and expenses (including any attorney’s fees) resulting from:

7.2. Furthermore, GBF does not guarantee that the Platform will:
7.3. The Platform’s reports, dashboards, and exports provide an overview of the municipality’s performance at the indicator level and the territorial risk and opportunity level, aggregated according to the KYT methodology. These materials do not replace comprehensive technical reports for identifying and analyzing risks and opportunities, nor do they constitute legal, financial, environmental, or investment advice.
7.4. No information or guidance provided by the Platform, whether through reports, dashboards, or interactions with the artificial intelligence assistant, may be interpreted as a guarantee of results or a commitment from GBF.
7.5. Reports exported through the KYT-e platform provide an overview of the municipality’s performance at the indicator and opportunity/risk trend levels for the territory, aggregated according to the Know Your Territory (KYT) methodology. For ventures and investments, the Green Bridge Facility strongly advises conducting a complete KYT analysis and a project-specific risk management plan.
7.6. Interactions with the artificial intelligence assistant are for informational and experimental purposes only, serving solely as support for the User’s research. Responses do not replace qualified human analysis and should not be used as the sole basis for strategic, legal, financial, or environmental decisions.
7.7. The Platform will prominently display a permanent notice in its footer and in the AI chat stating that the content and reports provided are for informational purposes only.
8.1. The processing of Personal Data carried out by the KYT-e Platform will fully comply with the General Data Protection Law – LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018), the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014), and other applicable regulations.
8.2. The specific rules regarding the collection, use, storage, sharing, and retention of Personal Data are detailed in the KYT-e Platform’s Privacy Policy, which guides and is an integral part of these Terms.
8.3. The use of cookies and similar technologies is governed by the KYT-e Platform’s Cookie Policy, also an integral part of these Terms.

9.3. Users are recommended to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about the Platform’s terms of use.
9.4. Continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the new Terms, except in cases where specific consent is required, which will be requested appropriately.
9.5. Changes to the prices of paid services will be communicated with reasonable advance notice and will only take effect at the start of a new contract cycle, unless otherwise agreed upon in the Order Form.
10.1. These Terms of Use and Service constitute the entire agreement between GBF and the User, superseding any prior understandings, communications, or instruments related to the use of the KYT-e Platform.
10.2. If any provision of these Terms is deemed void, invalid, or unenforceable, that decision will not affect the remaining provisions, which will remain fully valid and effective.
10.3. Any tolerance or non-exercise, by either Party, of a right or power provided for in these Terms shall not imply a waiver, novation, or tacit amendment of the provisions established herein, and such right may be exercised at any time.
10.4. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, specifically the Civil Code, Law No. 12,965/2014 (the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework), and Law No. 13,709/2018 (the General Personal Data Protection Law – LGPD).
10.5. GBF may assign or transfer these Terms and/or the management of the Platform, in whole or in part, due to institutional reorganization, project mergers, or succession, provided that the essential conditions for User/Customer protection are maintained and applicable Policies are observed. The User may not assign their contractual position without the prior written consent of GBF.
10.6. Communications related to these Terms may be made through the Platform itself or via the User/Client’s registered email, and will be considered valid upon sending.
10.7. The jurisdiction of the court in the Capital District of the State of Rio de Janeiro is chosen, with express waiver of any other, no matter how privileged, to resolve any doubts or controversies arising from these Terms.
